What counts as an active company seat?
An active company seat corresponds to an employee actively managed within the organization: assigned to skills, qualifications or paths; monitored in the skills dashboards; or involved in validations or skills development. Plan limits apply solely to the number of active seats.
What happens if I exceed the seats included in my plan?
You can keep activating new seats: extra seats are charged at the plan’s rate (€12/seat on Team, €6/seat on Business, €3/seat on Corporate). Wallets, skills and qualifications always remain unlimited.
Do Dokipilot AI operations expire?
No. AI operations are cumulative and never expire — they’re only consumed when using Dokipilot features. You can purchase extra DokiPack AI packages at any time to expand what’s included in your plan.
What does it mean that wallets and skills are unlimited?
All plans include unlimited employee wallets, company skills and qualifications/roles. The only parameter that changes between plans is the number of active company seats included.
Do employees have to pay for their Skill Wallet?
No. Employees keep their personal Skill Wallet free of charge even if they change role or leave the organization, along with all evidence they’ve received.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan during the year?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time to increase seats, admin accounts and included AI credits. Existing data and configurations remain unchanged.
