Open Badges can be purchased separately and stacked freely. You can use Dokimazo even without issuing Open Badges: using only Skill Wallet, micro-credentials, validations and evidence of competence.
Badges are only consumed when issued and include badge storage in the Training Provider’s account.

What is an active corporate seat?
An active participation corresponds to a participant assigned to an active training experience. The same participant enrolled in three courses counts as three participations; twenty participants on the same course count as twenty. When a program is completed or closed, the slot becomes available again.
What happens if I exceed the seats included in my plan?
You can keep activating new participations: extra seats are counted at the rate set by your plan (€4/seat on Pilot, €3/seat on Professional, €1.30/seat on Advanced). Wallets, experiences and skills always remain unlimited.
Do Dokipilot AI credits and Open Badges expire?
No. Dokipilot credits are cumulative and never expire: they are only consumed while using AI features. Likewise, Open Badge packs are cumulative and badges are only consumed when issued.
Can I use Dokimazo without issuing Open Badges?
Yes. Open Badges are an optional add-on. You can document and validate skills using only the Skill Wallet, Dokimazo micro-credentials, validations and evidence of competence.
Do participants have to pay for their Skill Wallet?
No. End users keep their personal Skill Wallet free of charge, even after completing the courses, with all the evidence they received during the programs.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan during the year?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time to increase seats, admin accounts and included AI credits. Your existing data and configurations remain unchanged.
