Open Badges can be purchased separately and stacked freely. You can use Dokimazo even without issuing Open Badges: using only Skill Wallet, micro-credentials, validations and evidence.
Badges are only consumed when issued and include storage in the university’s account.

What is an active training participation?
An active participation corresponds to a student assigned to one or more active training experiences. The same student enrolled in five courses counts as five participations; one hundred students across three courses count as three hundred. When an experience is completed or closed, the slot becomes available again.
What happens if I exceed the seats included in my plan?
You can keep activating new participations: extra seats are counted at the rate set by your plan (€1.30/seat on Campus, €0.75/seat on University, €0.35/seat on Network). Wallets, experiences and skills always remain unlimited.
Do Dokipilot AI credits and Open Badges expire?
No. Dokipilot credits are cumulative and never expire: they are only consumed while using AI features. Likewise, Open Badge packs are cumulative and badges are only consumed when issued.
Can universities and schools use Dokimazo without issuing Open Badges?
Yes. Open Badges are an optional add-on. You can document and validate skills using only the Skill Wallet, Dokimazo micro-credentials, validations and evidence of competence.
Do students have to pay for their Skill Wallet?
No. Students can create their personal Skill Wallet free of charge and keep it active over time, even after completing the training program, with all the evidence they received.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan during the year?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time to increase seats, admin accounts, Open Badges and included AI credits. Your existing data and configurations remain unchanged.
